About the position As a Quality Engineer at ScandiNova, you will be responsible for deviation management, internal audits, and the development of documentation. In this role, you will have significant responsibility for the company's internal quality processes as well as external quality processes towards other stakeholders and interested parties such as customers and suppliers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage deviations, from registration to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in both product design and the company's production methods.
• Participate in visits and audits, listen to and understand the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Drive and advocate for the organization's work with continuous improvements, e.g., in various cross-functional improvement projects.
• Act as expert support for the organization's departments in their quality and improvement work.
• Develop and maintain the company's quality management system and follow up through internal audits. Inform staff about applicable procedures and ensure compliance.
• Participate in external audits according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and ETL.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with an educational background in quality management, quality engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience. You have worked with supplier audits, internal audits, and have experience leading improvement work. You are driven and self-sufficient and have the ability to prioritize activities independently.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Education in quality management, quality engineering, and/or extensive experience deemed equivalent.
• A passionate interest in technology and a good understanding of quality.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Desirable skills:

• Experience in quality and improvement work.
• Experience working with management systems.
• Experience in internal and external audits.
• Experience from manufacturing companies with advanced technology.
• Experience with ETL certification of products.
